Kilcunda Half Marathon—21.1 km

Start at the public car park adjacent to the caravan park, follow the rail trail towards Wonthaggi for 2.5 km and then return past the start – follow the 17 km course.

George Bass Coastal Run—17 km Fun run

  1. Start at the public car park, adjacent to the caravan park, run along the rail trail for about 250 m before turning left onto the George Bass Coastal Trail.
  2. Follow this for 8 km to Punchbowl Road car park (Checkpoint/water, refreshments, first aid).
  3. Return along the same route until you hit the beach.
  4. Continue along the beach, past a small rocky outcrop and proceed along the beach to a Yellow marker.
  5. Exit the beach and when you connect back to the main trail turn right and follow the track back to Kilcunda and the finish.

10 km Run/Walk

  1. Start at the public car park, adjacent to the caravan park, run along the rail trail for about 250 m before turning left onto the George Bass Coastal Trail.
  2. Follow this for 5 km to the turnaround point (marked).
  3. Return along the same route to the finish.

 

5 km Run/Walk

  1. Start at the public car park, adjacent to the caravan park, run along the rail trail for about 250 m before turning left onto the George Bass Coastal Trail.
  2. Follow this for approximately 2.5 km to the turnaround point at the signpost to the Arch (marked).
  3. Return along the same route to the finish.
